A Sizdah Bedar Ritual Paper Pulp Gathering
Facilitated by Maya — Artist & Reiki Master
On Sizdah Bedar, the sacred 13th day of Nowruz, a day of release and return to nature, we gather to transform what we carry into hope.
Working with paper pulp, a material that once stood rooted as a tree, we shape it with intention. What once grew from the earth returns to life in our hands, transformed through presence and care.
Each participant will create an 8×8 inch wall artwork inspired by ancient Persian symbols , a personal expression of peace, truth, renewal, and collective healing.
This gathering offers a supportive and grounded space to soften, to release, and to begin again, in connection with yourself, with community, and with the Earth.
