At PaperVivantArt, every piece is handmade with care, intention, and uniqueness. Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Eligibility for Refund
A full refund or replacement may be issued if:

Your item arrives visibly damaged or broken

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

You provide clear photo evidence and your order number
Please email us at PaperVivantArtStudio@gmail.com to begin the process. We will review your request and, once approved, either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. Each item is handmade and may contain natural variations.

Expedited and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
