REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 5, 2025

At PaperVivantArt, every piece is handmade with care, intention, and uniqueness. Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Refund

A full refund or replacement may be issued if:

  • Your item arrives visibly damaged or broken

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide clear photo evidence and your order number

Please email us at PaperVivantArtStudio@gmail.com to begin the process. We will review your request and, once approved, either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. Each item is handmade and may contain natural variations.

  • Expedited and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

This policy is in place to ensure mutual respect and understanding between our studio and our customers. If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, don’t hesitate to reach out.
