A welcoming introduction to working with recycled paper pulp. This workshop is ideal for beginners or anyone curious about sustainable, hands-on making. You’ll learn how to prepare pulp, mix paper blends, build simple forms, explore surface textures, and finish pieces using drying and sealing methods.
You’ll learn:
• Pulp preparation and paper-clay recipes
• Hand-building forms (molding, layering, carving)
• Texture, embossing, and surface design
• Drying, sealing, and finishing options
• Caring for and displaying paper-based works
Come play, experiment, and transform recycled paper into sculptural objects in a relaxed and supportive environment.
